How I fried cutlets

These simple cutlets are sure to wow your whole family. You will like these cutlets for their tenderness and delicate flavor.

These cutlets have a slightly unusual but remarkably simple recipe. The recipe is also time-saving. So if you don’t have much time for cooking, this dish is the way to go. Moreover, you can serve the cutlets both hot and cold.

Ingredients:

~ 1 egg;
~ 2,5 tsp starch;
~ 2,5 tsp flour;
~ vegetable oil (for frying)
~ 700 g (1,5 lb) minced meat
~ black ground pepper – to taste
~ salt – to taste

Cooking

Combine minced meat and an egg. Then add cornstarch and flour. Mix everything carefully. Season the mass with black ground pepper and salt.

Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Shape the prepared mass in the form of cutlets.

Fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve the cutlets hot.
